Online Vacancy Advertising

Many owners feel prospective tenants who use computers tend to be better educated and generally better tenants. Computer listings may not work as well in some economic markets than other.

Here are a couple of places you can list your vacancies for free.

Craigslist

John noticed there has been a huge increase in the number of units being advertised locally on Craigslist. Six months ago, there might have 30-40 ads on a busy day, now there are double that. Makes it harder to stand out, and the pool of tenants going to CL doesn't appear to have grown at the same pace as the postings.

WisconsinRentalsOnline.com

WisconsinRentalsOnline.com averages around a thousand page views a day on the site from an average of 220 visitors a day. Our record day to date was 2,633 page views and 452 visitors.

This site too is free to both owners and house hunters. It has feature such as tenants can set up email alerts plus the list view interface may make it easier than Craigs for prospective tenants to search for a property that interests them.

If are interested in this but your properties are not in Wisconsin contact me directly as we are working with some folks in a couple of other states to offer similar free listing

Your Own Site

We can offer owners their own landing page showing just their WisconsinRentalsOnline listing.  The cost ranges from free to a few bucks a year.  More details on free rental listing websites
